Chicago Metropolitan

The story of The Camera begins in Chicago against the backdrop of its iconic downtown area and surrounding historic neighborhoods. Featured in the film are several cherished landmarks, including the Cermak Road Bridge south of the Chicago Loop and the Music Box Theatre on Southport Avenue. Also featured is the Village of Glencoe on suburban Chicago’s North Shore, and the bungalow neighborhood of Berwyn on Chicago’s West Side. These locations offer a significant contrast to the hamlets and villages of France.
